How to Recondition your Tools for US and Canada

One of the benefits of buying a CERATIZIT solid carbide tool is that it can be reconditioned back to original factory standards and original performance. This not only saves you money, but it is a sustainable business practice that helps us all reduce our environmental footprint.

  • Quality process that brings the tools back to original machining parameters and standards 

Delivery times & Terms and conditions

  • Once we receive your order, our goal is to returned your conditioned tools to you in four weeks or less.
  • Non-CERATIZIT tools received for regrinding will be reconditioned according to our geometric guidelines.

Steps to Recondition your Tool:

  1. Customer Service at 1-800-783-2280 or repairs.usa@ceratizit.com to obtain your RMA number 
  2. Once you have received your RMA number, complete the Reconditioning form (see US and Canada forms below), and send the tools to be reconditioned to:

    Rancho Cordova, California 95742

  3. Once your tools have been received by CERATIZIT Sacramento, you will be contacted to discuss the cost of the reconditioning.
  4. Once your tools are repaired, they will be shipped back to you using the shipment method of your choice.
