Awards are always a major motivation boost, especially when they come from a global innovation leader like Bosch. The technology and service provider has awarded the CERATIZIT Group the status of “preferred supplier” as a reliable partner for tool solutions around the world.
This year, Bosch GmbH announced that the CERATIZIT Group has been chosen a preferred tool supplier for the first time. Bosch uses its preferred supplier status to designate suppliers with which the company wishes to work more closely. CERATIZIT has been providing highly competitive support in its field for many years now, manufacturing and supplying products and services.
The preferred supplier status is part of the Bosch supplier management programme and is awarded every year for that year based on defined criteria. Bosch aims to build sustainable business relationships and grow internationally together with the best and most innovative suppliers. As a preferred supplier, CERATIZIT can benefit from even stronger global cooperation.
Bosch and CERATIZIT have been working together for many years, notably with Powertrain Solutions and Drive and Controls. "Special tools are particularly important here. We are constantly working on them to optimise processes even further and implement new machining strategies. The efficiency increases we can achieve with these tools are remarkable and customers are often impressed with the wide range of products we offer," explains Thierry Wolter, board member at the CERATIZIT Group.
The globally oriented sales structure within the CERATIZIT Group facilitates smooth communication with our customers' branches around the world. "We are located precisely where our customers are, which makes it easy for us in Global Key Account Management to attend to our customers' needs – from a technical as well as a commercial perspective," explains Zoran Apic, Sales Director Cutting Tools DACH at CERATIZIT. "Their partnership with us gives our customers a clear advantage when rapid action is required to meet their needs," adds Tim Lübke, Global Key Account Manager at the CERATIZIT Group.
"Our appointment as a preferred supplier impressively demonstrates that our customers value our non-negotiable, high standards for technologically innovative products and custom solutions. This status is a great honour and motivates us even more to continue to be one step ahead so that our customers can launch their innovations," summarises Thierry Wolter.
