Innovative logistics processes ensure quick and reliable delivery of goods. For our customers, this means that they do not need to keep stock of our All Standard Make to Stock items and can therefore save on storage costs.

Tools delivered to the customer more quickly
The logistics centres in India are highly equipped with WMS processes and can have orders placed on the way to customers in next to no time. In the 891 m2 warehouse at Uluberia, West Bengal, we have storage capacity of 25,000 line items and in the 410 m2 warehouse at Bengaluru, Karnataka, we have storage capacity of 10,000 line items. About 1000 different cutting tools are picked and moved on daily basis in both the warehouses. WMS process in the warehouses ensures speedy dispatch. Both the logistics centres are regularly filled with new goods by our production facilities. High-precision scales check each parcel for weight fluctuations prior to shipping and ensure increased security in the shipping process. It is for these reasons that we have the most modern 2 logistics centres in the industry in India.

Around 30 dedicated employees ensure smooth logistics processes. “Order Today. Delivered Tomorrow* (All our Standard Make to Stock items) .” is our promise. Every order, be it a single part or large order, is handled with the same care and importance and is shipped to the customer in a timely manner. “Every order received by 2 pm for Standard Make to Stock items is dispatched on the same day. “Around 400 parcels are shipped to customers on daily basis.” “The team is only satisfied when there are no more parcels waiting to be shipped in the evening. This is called ON TIME processing and that is JUST OUR THING.”

Sustainability means thinking in the long term
Energy needs of our Logistics Centres in India are covered using electricity produced by our 100 kWp photovoltaic system. Packaging is also made from environmentally friendly materials and CERATIZIT works exclusively with shipping partners that take measures to reduce their CO2 footprint. This is thinking sustainably and in the long term, and that is JUST OUR THING.
