MonsterMill NCR - Milling cutter for machining nickel-based alloys

Machining of nickel-based alloys

The machining of Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspaloy and other nickel-based alloys (e.g. NiCr19Fe18Nb5Mg) is considerably more demanding than conventional materials.

The high tensile strength of the material, combined with its extreme hardness, causes tools to wear much more quickly. It is therefore essential to choose the right tool.
